Description:
A group of 185 late G and K giants, selected from the US Naval
Observatory Catalog of Photoelectric Observations (Cat. II/4) because
they had Ultraviolet deficiences, were observed with the intermediate
band photometric system of the David Dunlap Observatory (defined by
McClure and van den Bergh 1968AJ.....73..313M 1968AJ.....73..313M).
The DDO photometry is included in Cat. II/17.

Note (1): observatories are:
B = Bethany station of the Yale Observatory
C = Cerro Tololo Interamerican Observatory
K = Kitt Peak National Observatory
P = Previously published value, either in Paper I (1970AJ.....75...41M 1970AJ.....75...41M),
or in McClure & van den Bergh (1968AJ.....73..313M 1968AJ.....73..313M)
Note (2): "strong-cyanogen" stars have δCm(41-42)≥0.05mag, while
"normal stars" have |δCm(41-42)|≤0.03mag.
The cyanogen index is defined as:
Cm(41-42) = C(41-42) - 1.66[C(45-48) - 0.45C(42-45) - 0.792]
