The completeness and homogeneity of the data-base are discussed. Description: In table 1, the data-base is presented. An identification (HD or CPD) is given in the first column. Columns 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 give V, b-y, m1, c1 and Hβ. The Galactic coordinates, cross-identifications and the spectral type follow. The stars without photometry or with partial photometry only are left in the data-base as future program stars.
