The target galaxies were selected from the catalogue of isolated galaxies of Karachentseva (1973, Cat. VII/82). These data are thus representative of the CO properties of isolated late-type galaxies. All objects were observed in their central position, those with large angular sizes were mapped. These new measurements are used to estimate the molecular gas mass of the target galaxies. The molecular gas is on average ∼18% of the atomic gas mass. Description: The observations were carried out during 4 observing runs at the SEST 15m (November 1993-November 1996), one run at the NRAO Kitt Peak2 12m (December 1994) done in remote from the Observatoire de Paris and one run at the IRAM 30m telescope (June 1996). At 115GHz [12CO(1-0)], the telescope half-power beam widths (HPBW) are 43-arcsec, 55-arcsec and 22-arcsec, respectively.
