Each field is 10x10 arcmin in size, and a total of ∼2x105 stars were measured. Description: 4 files containing photometric data on 4 directions located within the central 3.5° of the Galaxy, where extinction is lower than usual. Equatorial coordinates (J2000.0) and optical BVRI magnitudes obtained at Pico dos Dias, Laboratorio Nacional de Astrofisica, Brasil, are combined with near infra-red data from the 2 Micron All Sky Survey, providing a long spectral baseline for over 100.000 stars in these low-extinction windows. The file names indicate the galactic longitude and latitude of each region.
