In this paper we investigate the orbital elements and kinematic properties of three new spectroscopic triple systems, along with the spectral types and astrophysical parameters (Teff, logg, vsini, log N(Li)) of their components. We conducted follow-up optical observations of these systems, both photometric and spectroscopic ones at high resolution. We used a synthetic approach and the cross-correlation method to derive most of the stellar parameters. Description: Spectroscopic observations were first conducted at the OHP between 2001 and 2005 with the aurelie spectrograph within the framework of a key program on the Coude 152cm telescope. The observations at the OAC were carried out from 2004 to 2006 with the fresco echelle spectrograph mounted on the 91cm telescope.
