Description:
We present new plasma diagnostics and abundances of a sample of
planetary nebulae located in the Galactic bulge (168 objects), the
Galactic inner disk (61 objects) and in the LMC (110 objects).

Note on table1a.txt, table1b.txt and table1c.txt: In these tables, there
are three rows for each object, and a fourth row used to separate the
objects. The first row gives the values of parameters computed from
the nominal values of the observational data. The second and third row
give the upper and lower limits respectively of these parameters as
derived taking into account the observational error bars.

Note (1): Quality flags on derived parameters are defined as follows:
+ = error is smaller than the computed median error of the parameter
for the entire PNe sample
: = larger uncertainty but error not exceeding the 0.3dex limit
; = data rejected due to error superior to 0.3dex or large
uncertainties arising from the ICFs
- = parameter could not be derived
