The CIV3 code developed by Hibbert and coworkers is used to determine configuration interaction wave functions for these levels: for the optimisation of two different sets of orbitals based on alternative choices of the 3d function, for creating and diagonalising the Hamiltonian matrices and finally for calculating transition probabilities. Description: Table 5: The energy levels of configurations 3d64s, 3d7 and 3d54s2 listed in increasing energy order. We give the usual spectroscopic notation for each level, including their LSJ values, and also their energy levels in cm-1 above the ground level. Excited level energies in the form xxx.000 are calculated, the others are from the NIST tabulations Tables 6-8: The A-values of both E2 and M1 transitions, and their sum, for transitions involving only the levels listed by NIST. The indices of the levels refer to those given in Table 5. Table 9: The A-values of both E2 and M1 transitions, and their sum, for transitions involving those levels NOT listed by NIST. In addition the transitions involving level 99 are included here since they were not calculated in the determinations which led to Tables 6-8. The indices of the levels refer to those given in Table 5. The order of the transitions is in increasing energy order of the lower level, and for a particular lower level, in increasing energy order of the upper level, as in Table 6.
