Abstract:
Rotation Measure synthesis (RM synthesis) of the Westerbork Synthesis
Radio Telescope (WSRT) observations at 2m wavelength of the FAN
region at l=137deg, b=+7deg shows the morphology of structures in the
ionized interstellar medium.
Description:
Polarized synchrotron emission as well as polarization angle maps as
derived from RM-synthesis (Brentjens & Bruyn, 2005A&A...441.1217B 2005A&A...441.1217B)
after an RM-cleaning (Heald et al., 2009A&A...503..409H 2009A&A...503..409H,) step are
shown in the Faraday depth -50rad/m2, +50rad/m2.
