Three spectra were obtained during pre-outburst quiescence. This paper discusses these observations along with optical polarimetric and radio continuum (610MHz, 1280MHz ; GMRT) data obtained during the 2010 outburst. Description: This archive contains the extracted optical spectra of U Scorpii obtained using the Himalaya Faint Object Spectrograph (HFOSC) on the 2m Himalayan Chandra Telescope (HCT). The spectra are in ascii format and named as "date.dat" (eg : "29jan10.dat" is the spectrum obtained on 2010, Jan 29.021 -- corresponding to the date in Table 1 of the paper). The first line of each file contains the object name, date of observation (eg., 28 Jan 2010 for the night of 28/29 Jan 2010), JD, time since outburst maximum, orbital phase, etc., of each observation. The data are in two columns from the second line onwards. The first column gives the wavelength in Angtroms, the second column gives the flux in erg/s/cm2/Å.
