This paper aims to study the spatial distribution of the asymptotic giant branch (AGB) population in IC 1613 and its metallicity. Description: Observations were performed with WFCAM on UKIRT in Hawai'i during August 2008. The total exposure time for each band (J,H and K) was 200s from the co-edition of four frames. The magnitudes were calibrated against 2MASS but the magnitudes and colours quoted are on the WFCAM instrumental system.
