For this purpose, we performed new spectroscopic observations to obtain high-precision radial velocity measurements of the Cepheids (primary component of the systems). We then fit the radial pulsation and orbital velocities to obtain the orbital elements. Description: We collected several spectra from 2012 to 2017 with the fiber-fed SOPHIE spectrograph, the CORALIE spectrograph, the HARPS spectrograph and the HERMES spectrograph. These four instruments cover the visible wavelength. Exposure times of a few minutes allowed a signal-to-noise ratio >10 per pixel at 550nm. All data were reduced using the dedicated instrument pipeline. Radial velocities were estimated using the cross-correlation method. We created our own weighted binary mask by selecting unblended lines from high-resolution synthetic spectra covering the wavelength range 4500-6800 angstrom. The cross-correlation function is then fitted by a Gaussian whose minimum value gives an estimate of the RV. Uncertainties include photon noise and internal drift.
