Notes:
The "appendix" file reaches approximately 1.5 magnitudes fainter
than the table 7 in Appendix B of the paper, but the fainter data
are highly uncertain.
The data were derived from profile-fitting photometry as performed
by DAOPHOT and the stand alone routine ALLSTAR, both of which have
been developed by Peter Stetson of the DAO, Victoria, B.C.
