ADC_Keywords: Clusters, globular ; Stars, giant ; Equivalent widths ; Effective temperatures Keywords: globular clusters: general - globular clusters: individual (Arp 2, Terzan 8) Abstract: To compare the globular clusters (GCs) associated with the Sagittarius Galaxy (Sgr) we report the results obtained from new high-resolution spectra of red giant stars in Terzan 8 and Arp 2, collected with the Magellan Inamori Kyocera Echelle (MIKE) spectrograph at Las Campanas Observatory. Description: The observations have been carried out at the Las Campanas Observatory in 2006 July with the Magellan Landon Clay 6.5m telescope. We collected high-resolution spectra using the Magellan Inamori Kyocera Echelle (MIKE) spectrograph.
