The full disk of the galaxy (∼24kpc from the galaxy center) is covered in a 2.2deg2 mosaic of 10 fields observed with the Mosaic Camera on the Mayall 4m telescope as part of the Local Group Galaxies survey. Description: The images were taken at the 4m Mayall telescope with the Mosaic CCD Camera between 2000 August and 2002 September and comprise Hα and R-band mosaics of 10 overlapping fields across the disk of M31.
