Gl414Ab is a sub-Neptune mass planet with Mbsinib=7.60-2.19+2.44M⊕ and a semimajor axis of 0.23±0.01au. Gl414Ac is a sub-Saturn mass planet with Mcsinic=53.83-8.58+9.18M⊕ and a semimajor axis of 1.43±0.06au. We jointly analyzed radial velocity data from Keck/HIRES and the Automated Planet Finder at Lick Observatory, as well as photometric data from KELT, to detect the two planets and two additional signals related to the rotationally modulated activity and the long-term magnetic activity cycle of the star. The outer planet in this system may be a potential candidate for future direct-imaging missions. Description: We collected 130 Radial Velocity (RV) measurements between 1997 January 14 and 2020 July 11 using the High Resolution Echelle Spectrometer (HIRES) instrument on the Keck I telescope. This star was observed using the 0.86"x3.5" and 0.86"x14" slits for a spectral resolution of R∼65000 near 5500Å. We collected 376 RV measurements between 2013 October 23 and 2020 April 16 using the Levy spectrograph on the Automated Planet Finder (APF) telescope. We used the 1"x3" slit for a spectral resolution of R∼100000.
