We examine its nature and surroundings by analyzing the projected galaxy distribution, the galaxy velocity distribution, the weak-lensing mass reconstruction, and the X-ray spectroscopy and imaging. Description: The cluster was imaged through the r' and g' Sloan filters in 2003 March and May, using the detector array formed by three 2048x4608 pixels EEV CCDs; the spectra of the galaxies were obtained with GMOS in 2003 May 29-30. This object was observed by XMM-Newton in 2002 December (ObsID 082340101) and twice in 2004 June 2004 (ObsIDs 203560201 and 203560401). For XMM-Newton Observations, we have used only MOS1 and PN cameras of the 2002 observations, and only the MOS1 of the 2004 observations.
