New and existing light curves as well as a radial velocity curve are modeled to measure the physical properties of both components. The masses and radii determined for the components of CM Dra are M1=0.2310±0.0009M, M2=0.2141±0.0010M, R1=0.2534±0.0019R, and R2=0.2396±0.0015R. With relative uncertainties well below the 1% level, these values constitute the most accurate properties to date for fully convective stars. Description: The photometric data available for CM Dra come from a variety of sources. In addition to making use of the original light curve in the I band published by Lacy (1977ApJ...218..444L 1977ApJ...218..444L), six new light curves measured in the Ic and Rc bands have been obtained with the 0.8m Four College Automatic Photoelectric Telescope (FCAPT) located at Fairborn Observatory in southern Arizona in the Patagonia Mountains. Differential photoelectric photometry was conducted from 1995-2005 on 335 nights. An additional light curve in the r band was gathered with the Sleuth telescope located at the Palomar Observatory in southern California, from UT 2004 March 29 to UT 2004 June 6. Collectively these light curves cover the observing seasons 1975, 1996-2001, and 2004, and add up to more than 20000 individual measurements. For the spectroscopic material, we reanalyzed the one discussed in Metcalfe et al. (1996ApJ...456..356M 1996ApJ...456..356M), obtained over a period of nearly 5 years with an echelle spectrograph on the 1.5m Tillinghast reflector at the F. L. Whipple Observatory (Mount Hopkins, Arizona).
