In this paper, we collected 6289 GRBs (from GRB 910421 to GRB 160509A) from the literature, including their prompt emission, afterglow, and host galaxy properties. We hope to use this large sample to reveal the intrinsic properties of GRBs. We have listed all of the data in machine-readable tables, including the properties of the GRBs, correlation coefficients and linear regression results of two arbitrary parameters, and linear regression results of any three parameters. These machine-readable tables could be used as a data reservoir for further studies on the classifications or correlations. One may find some intrinsic properties from these statistical results. With these comprehensive tables, it is possible to find relations between different parameters and to classify the GRBs into different subgroups. Upon completion, they may reveal the nature of GRBs and may be used as tools like pseudo-redshift indicators, standard candles, etc. File Summary: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FileName Lrecl Records Explanations -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ReadMe 80 . Reference for Mass (see refs.dat file) 1527 A1 --- f_Mass [ai] Flag on Mass (1) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note (1): Flags as follows: A = we changed the GRB name or the name is a little different in different papers and GCN, because some different GRBs have same name in different instruments. For an example, Fermi GRB110916 and MAXI GRB110916 are two different GRBs with different trigger time, but they have same GRB name, so we changed Fermi GRB110916 to GRB110916A, and MAXI GRB110916 to GRB110916B; a = the errors are imputed by MICE algorithm; b = the errors in the original papers are in 90% confidence level, we changed the errors to 1σ confidence level by multiplying 0.995/1.645; c = the values are calculated using the spectral values in order change the energy band; d = the unit is different from the original papers; e = the error is estimated as the central value multiplying 0.1; f = we use the BASTE alpha peak value -1.1 as common when alpha is not well constrained; g = we use the BASTE beta peak value -2.2 as common when beta is not well constrained; h = the value in the original paper is in rest-frame, we change the value using rest-frame divided by 1+z to observer-frame; i = we changed the values into logarithm or from logarithm into the normal form; j = the values are calculated using other parameters; k = We convert different metallicity calibrations into Kobulnicky & Kewley 2004, J/ApJ/617/240 calibrator using the method in Kewley & Ellison 2008ApJ...681.1183K 2008ApJ...681.1183K m = the values are calculated using redshift with cosmology parameters in Planck 2016A&A...594A..13P 2016A&A...594A..13P Note (2): Burst duration with 45% of brightest fluence according to the definition of Reichart+ 2001ApJ...552...57R 2001ApJ...552...57R Note (3): Spectral time lag, for every GRB, we can get the time lag t between low energy band E1-E2 and high energy band E3-E4, then we use the value of t/[(E4-E3)/2-(E2-E1)/2], in order to avoid the influence of different E1,E2,E3,E4, so the unit is ms/MeV. Note (4): Duration of the GRB central engine defined by both gamma-ray and X-ray light curves in logarithm, the definition is from Zhang+, 2014, J/ApJ/787/66 Note (5): Units are in arcsec but sometimes in arcmin and errors are sometimes split, very likely between RA and DEC; note added by CDS. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Byte-by-byte Description of file: table3.dat -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bytes Format Units Label Explanations -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1- 12 A12 --- Param1 Parameter name 14- 25 A12 --- Param2 Parameter name 27- 34 F8.5 --- Pcoeff [-0.81/0.95] Pearson correlation coefficient (Pearson 1895RSPS...58..240P 1895RSPS...58..240P); Equation 5 36- 41 F6.4 --- e_Pcoeff [0.002/0.43] Error bar for Pcoeff in 1σ confidence level using MC method 43- 50 A8 --- Pp Pearson p-value 52- 59 F8.5 --- Scoeff [-0.78/0.94] Spearman correlation coefficient (Spearman C. 1987, American Journal of Psychology, 100, 441); Equation 6 61- 66 F6.4 --- e_Scoeff [0.001/0.43] Error bar for Scoeff in 1σ confidence level using MC method 68- 75 A8 --- Sp Spearman p-value 77- 85 F9.6 --- Kcoeff [-0.6/0.83] Kendall τ correlation coefficient (Kendall M.G. 1938, Bimetrika, 30, 81); Equation 7 87- 92 F6.4 --- e_Kcoeff [0.0016/0.34] Error bar for Kcoeff in 1σ confidence level using MC method 94- 101 A8 --- Kp [0/1] Kendall p-value 103- 108 F6.4 --- Corr [0.006/1] Correlation ratio 110- 117 F8.6 --- e_Corr [8.8e-5/0.13] Error bar for Corr in 1σ confidence level using MC method 119- 125 F7.4 --- Cosin [-1/1] Cosine similarity (van Dongen & Enright 2012arXiv1208.3145V 2012arXiv1208.3145V); Equation 8 127- 133 F7.5 --- e_Cosin [0.00029/0.21] Error bar for Cosin in 1σ confidence level using MC method -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Byte-by-byte Description of file: table4.dat -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bytes Format Units Label Explanations -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1- 12 A12 --- y Dependent variable (G1) 14- 25 A12 --- x Independent variable (G1) 27- 42 F16.8 --- a [-349093/3557] Slope using MC method 44- 58 F15.9 --- e_a [3.4e-08/97864] Error bar for slope in 1σ confidence level (G2) 60- 71 F12.5 --- b [-13228/79726] Intercept using MC method 73- 83 F11.5 --- e_b [0.00023/38026] Error bar for intercept in 1σ confidence level (G2) 85- 94 F10.7 --- R2 [-0.3/0.97] Adjusted R2 (G3) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Byte-by-byte Description of file: table5.dat -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bytes Format Units Label Explanations -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1- 12 A12 --- y Dependent variable (G1) 14- 25 A12 --- x1 Independent variable (G1) 27- 38 A12 --- x2 Independent variable (G1) 40- 57 F18.9 --- a1 [-1972849/18993] Linear regression coefficient for x1 using MC method 59- 74 F16.9 --- e_a1 [2.7e-08/527374] Error bar for a1 in 1σ confidence level (G2) 76- 94 F19.11 --- a2 [-681416/27857] Linear regression coefficient for x2 using MC method 96- 111 F16.9 --- e_a2 [2.8e-08/281599] Error bar for a2 in 1σ confidence level (G2) 113- 126 F14.6 --- b [-205019/218073] Intercept using MC method 128- 139 F12.5 --- e_b [0.00026/202125] Error bar for intercept in 1σ confidence level (G2) 141- 152 F12.9 --- R2 [-0.998/1] Adjusted R2 (G3) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Byte-by-byte Description of file: refs.dat -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bytes Format Units Label Explanations -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1- 3 I3 --- Ref Reference code 5- 23 A19 --- BibCode Bibcode of the reference 25- 62 A38 --- Auth Author's name(s) 64- 111 A48 --- Comm Comment -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Global notes: Note (G1): The description of every parameter is in Table 1.
