The imaging and spectroscopic observations cover a single field of approximately 7.6'x9.1', centered on each cluster. Redshifts for 247 galaxies, primarily ranging in magnitude from r=20 to r=22, were obtained. The data set is also presented graphically in several forms. The magnitude, color, and geometric selection functions for the redshift sample are presented and discussed. In the former, the second digit is 0; and in the latter, the second digit represents the field number of the overlapping field. - The last four digits denote the object number for each object within its own field, starting from the southern edge of the field, increasing to the north. For MS 0015.9+1609 and MS 0451.5-0305, only the central field was observed, so the field designation digits are not listed.
