To date, we have derived reliable RM values for 380 sources along lines of sight through the disk of the Galaxy in the first and second quadrants. The purpose is to provide a data set useful for studies of the magneto-ionic component of the Galactic interstellar medium (ISM). We present the method used to obtain the measurements and the resulting RMs. File Summary: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FileName Lrecl Records Explanations -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ReadMe 80 . Note (2): Note on GLON as follows: a = Two separate components in L (one or both passed) and two unresolved components in I. I value represents the combined integrated flux density. b = Two components in L (only one passed), but only one identifiable component in I. I value represents the integrated flux density of the whole source c = One component in L and two unresolved components in I. I value represents the combined integrated flux density. Note (3): Estimated from the two-dimensional Gaussian fit parameters of the source in the final release CGPS Stokes I images. The uncertainties in the values of the integrated flux densities are within +10% (unless otherwise noted). Note (4): Calculated across the S/N-thresholded FWHM pixels using interferometric data only. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- History: From electronic version of the journal References: English et al., The Canadian Galactic Plane Survey, 1998PASA...15...56E 1998PASA...15...56E
