Abstract:
One hundred fifty-four (actually 155) discrete non-nuclear
ultraluminous X-ray (ULX) sources, with spectroscopically determined
intrinsic X-ray luminosities greater than 1039erg/s, are identified
in 82 galaxies observed with Chandra's Advanced CCD Imaging
Spectrometer (ACIS). Source positions, X-ray luminosities, and
spectral and timing characteristics are tabulated.

Note (1): The symbols mean the following:
b = Disk-blackbody model inner disk temperature, kTin, in keV.
c = Thermal emission-line model temperature, kT, in keV.
Note (2): Flag on ILum
d = Intrinsic luminosity <1039ergs/s when fit using a thermal
emission-line model.
Note (3): Colors are defined as background-substracted X-ray counts defined as:
S(0.5-1.0 keV), M(1.0-2.0 keV), H(2.0-8.0 keV)
and T=S+M+H
