In particular, we have made empirical estimates of the source counts at 22, 30, 43 and 70GHz and compared these with both known data and current theoretical predictions. We have also made an estimate of the count at the Atacama Large Millimeter Array (ALMA) frequency of 90GHz, with a view to assessing the possible population of point sources available for the phase calibration of that instrument. Description: We assembled a flux-limited sample of 121 sources, complete to 25mJy at 15GHz, from three areas of the 9C survey. All the sources had a complete set of simultaneously measured flux densities at frequencies of 1.4, 4.8, 15.2, 22 and 43GHz apart from 11 of them, for which some observations were missing.
