Abstract: This paper is the third which examines galaxy morphology from the point of view of comprehensive de Vaucouleurs revised Hubble-Sandage (CVRHS) classification, a variation on the original de Vaucouleurs classification volume that accounts for finer details of galactic structure, including lenses, nuclear structures, embedded disks, boxy and disky components, and other features. The classification is applied to the EFIGI sample, a well-defined set of nearby galaxies which were previously examined by Baillard et al. (2011, Cat. J/A+A/532/A74) and de Lapparent et al. (2011A&A...532A..75D 2011A&A...532A..75D). The survey is focussed on statistics of features, and brings attention to exceptional examples of some morphologies, such as skewed bars, blue bar ansae, bar-outer pseudoring misalignment, extremely elongated inner SB rings, outer rings and lenses, and other features that are likely relevant to galactic secular evolution and internal dynamics. The possibility of using these classifications as a training set for automated classification algorithms is also discussed. Description: The catalogue provides comprehensive de Vaucouleurs revised Hubble-Sandage (CVRHS) morphological types for the 4458 galaxies in the EFIGI sample (A. Baillard et al., 2011, Cat. J/A+A/532/A74). For each galaxy, the catalogue gives the name from the NASA/IPAC Extragalactic Database (NED) or a Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) positional name; the number in the Principal Galaxy Catalogue (PGC, G. Paturel et al., 1989A&AS...80..299P 1989A&AS...80..299P, Cat. VII/119); the radial velocity if known; the mean stage on the RC3 numerical scale; the mean family (barred versus nonbarred) on a numerical scale; the number of classifications the means are based on; and the full mean CVRHS type.
