SiO masers were detected in 51 out of 143 observed sources; 45 were new detections in SiO masers. The selected IRAS sources were objects with dust temperatures of between 160 and 280K. Description: Simultaneous observations in the SiO J=1-0, v=1 and 2 transitions at 43.122 and 42.821GHz, respectively, were made with the 45-m radio telescope at Nobeyama during the periods of 2000 April-May and 2001 March. In addition to the SiO lines, observations in the H2O, 6(1,6)-5(2,3) transition at 22.235GHz were made for the SiO maser emitters, which were found during the present SiO observations.
