We show that the spectral energy distribution of the variable component in the range from K to B had remained unchanged for three years. Description: We performed the optical BVRI observations of BL Lac with a CCD photometer of the AI SPbSU equipped with an ST-7 camera attached to the 20-cm (1999) and 70-cm (2000-2001) telescopes at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory. We carried out the infrared (JHK) observations with the 1.1-m Pulkovo Astronomical Observatory (Russian Academy of Sciences) telescope installed at the Campo Imperatore Observatory (Italy) and equipped with the SWIRCAM camera.
