Swift Galactic Plane Survey: sourcelist v3.0. Reynolds M.T., Miller J.M., Maitra D., Gultekin K., Gehrels N., Kennea J.A., Siegel M.H., Gelbord J., Kuin P. <The Astronomer's Telegram, 5200, 1 (2013)> =2013ATel.5200....1R 2013ATel.5200....1R
ADC_Keywords: X-ray sources ; Cross identifications ; Photometry, ultraviolet Keywords: Ultra-Violet; X-ray; Black Hole; Cataclysmic Variable; Neutron Star; Variables; Young Stellar Object; Pre-Main-Sequence Star Abstract: The Swift Galactic Plane Survey team report the detection of 248 point-like X-ray sources (0.3-10keV) in observations covering the final 40% of our survey area (see also 2012ATel.3951....1R 2012ATel.3951....1R and 2012ATel.4318....1R 2012ATel.4318....1R). The listed sources are those we consider to be robust detections at the current time. Description: The Swift Galactic Plane Survey is tiling 240 square degrees of the Galactic plane, from -60<l<60 and -1<b<1. Each exposure is approximately 500 seconds in duration, and includes simultaneous XRT (0.3-10keV) and UVOT/UVM2 images (2000-2500Å). All values reported herein should be considered as preliminary, a comprehensive analysis will be presented in Reynolds et al. (2013, in prep). Sources are divided into those detected at a significance of greater than 3 sigma (189 in total - top) and 2-3 sigma (59 in total - bottom). Sig is included between 2-3σ for the last 59 sources. Note (2): Candidate counterparts to the X-ray sources, as listed in the Simbad database, are indicated if they lie within 30" of the XRT position. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- History: Downloaded at http://dept.astro.lsa.umich.edu/~markrey/sgps/atel_sgps_srclist_v3.0.html
