Description of contents: The CV, QSO and 4 galaxy templates shown in Figure 2.

System requirements: Any FITS capable reader.

Additional comments: These SDSS template spectra are stored in FITS image 
  format, and have not been modified from the versions available in SDSS DR8. 
  The stellar templates (Figure 1) and the galaxies (Figure 2) are in 
  multi-extension FITS files, with one spectrum in each extension. Each FITS 
  header contains standard spectroscopic keywords NAXIS1, CRVAL1, CD1_1, and 
  CRPIX1. Wavelengths (in Angstroms) can be derived as 
  
  lambda = CRVAL1 + CD1_1*(pixel - CRPIX1), 
  
  where the pixel value starts at 1 and finishes at NAXIS1.
