CV Mon Three distance determinations have been considered: Turner et al. CV Mon (1998AJ....115.1958T; 11.08+/-0.03 plus a +0.09 correction, adopting CV Mon E(B-V)=0.75), An et al. (2007ApJ...671.1640A; 10.74+/-0.21 plus CV Mon a +0.02 correction, adopting E(B-V)=0.57), and Hoyle et al. CV Mon (2003MNRAS.345..269H; 11.34+/-0.21 plus a +0.09 correction, adopting CV Mon E(B-V)=0.90). The adopted distance is the average of the three, but CV Mon the dispersion is large. This is likely due to the very different CV Mon reddenings adopted. If a correction is made to a reddening of 0.75, CV Mon adopting {Delta}DM/{Delta}E(B-V)~2(An et al., 007ApJ...671.1640A), CV Mon then the average becomes 11.14 with a very small dispersion. WZ Sgr The average of the distances quoted in Turner et al. WZ Sgr (1993ApJS...85..119T; 11.26+/-0.10 plus a +0.09 correction), and WZ Sgr Hoyle et al. (2003MNRAS.345..269H; 11.18+/-0.16 plus a +0.09 WZ Sgr correction). CF Cas The average of the distances quoted in An et al. (2007ApJ...671.1640A; CF Cas 12.46+/-0.11 plus a +0.02 correction), Hoyle et al. CF Cas (2003MNRAS.345..269H; 12.58+/-0.14 plus a +0.09 correction), and CF Cas Romeo et al. (1989MNRAS.240..459R; 12.65+/-0.15 plus a +0.08 CF Cas correction).
