Supplementary Notes 

Aaronson et al. (1984) published a BV color-magnitude diagram that 
indicates this object is a globular cluster with a prominent red 
horizontal branch.  A VI color-magnitude diagram by Dotter et al. 
(2008) confirms this. Thus it is a "second parameter" cluster" in the
sense that it has a red HB compared with inner halo clusters with the
same metallicity, [Fe/H] = -1.70.  The metallicity was derived by 
Suntzeff et al. (1985) based on the calcium H and K line strengths of two
giants.
