How to get all clusters from an author's list

With an author's name as argument the command ocl displays the information relating to all clusters from a list of the chosen author, ordered by cluster number. The authors' names are written as full names, but any significant string or substring is allowed.

Example:

ocl Berkeley lists the data relating to Berkeley clusters
ocl Berk produces the same results
