Abstract:
Based on the idea that a group of extragalactic objects which can be
regarded as a category with similar physical properties must fit the
Hubble relation, we present a new, independent evidence that BL
Lacertae objects are different from Optically Violently Variable (OVV)
quasars. The unified model of BL Lac objects, FR-I, and FR-II radio
galaxies is also discussed.
