The angular resolution is 9.5-arcmin. The surveyed area covers 10° to 230° in Galactic longitude and absolute Galactic latitudes of up to 5°. The measured rms-noise is about 6.1 mJy/beam area for total intensities and 3.05mJy/beam area for polarised intensities. The survey maps are accessible from http://zmtt.bao.ac.cn/6cm/ . Description: From the survey maps we derived a catalog of small-diameter sources by fitting a two-dimensional elliptical Gaussian to them. We list in table1 total intensity data for 3832 sources with a fitted diameter smaller than 16 arcmin. We list sources with a peak flux density exceeding 30mJy. We also identified 125 linearly polarised sources in the survey maps, which were listed in table2, with a peak polarisation flux density larger than 10mJy.
