ADC_Keywords: Galaxies, nearby ; Morphology ; Spectroscopy Keywords: HII regions - ISM: structure - galaxies: star clusters: general - galaxies: star formation Abstract: We present the PHANGS-MUSE/HST-Hα nebulae catalogue, comprising 5177 spatially resolved nebulae across 19 nearby star-forming galaxies (D<20Mpc), based on high-resolution HST Hα imaging homogenised to a fixed 10pc resolution. In synergy with PHANGS-MUSE spectroscopy, we robustly classify 4882 HII regions, derive electron densities for 2544, and provide consistent sizes, luminosities, morphologies, and emission-line diagnostics. Structural complexity is quantified via hierarchical segmentation, highlighting a large fraction of HII complexes in galactic centres. A luminosity-size relation calibrated on the HST sample is applied to 30790 MUSE nebulae, recovering sizes down to ∼1pc. Cross-matching with PHANGS-HST stellar associations links 3349 nebulae to powering populations, with median ages ∼3Myr and masses 104-105M. This dataset provides the largest parsec-scale resolved benchmark to date for connecting ionised nebulae, stellar populations, and ISM conditions across nearby galaxies. Description: The catalogue contains 5467 entries, one per nebula, of which 5177 constitute the primary science sample after applying edge and contamination flags. Columns include celestial coordinates, fluxes, luminosities, morphological parameters, emission-line measurements, and derived nebular quantities. Cross-matched stellar association properties from PHANGS-HST catalogues are also included. Ancillary segmentation masks and smoothed Hα maps for each galaxy are provided as separate files.
