ADC_Keywords: Galaxies, photometry Keywords: galaxies: elliptical and lenticular, cD - galaxies: evolution - galaxies: photometry Abstract: We have conducted a BVR imaging survey of nine early-type galaxies previously verified to exist in extremely isolated environments. Our goals are to establish a baseline of morphological and photometric properties for spheroidal systems evolving in extremely low-density environments and to compare these properties with signatures predicted for merged galaxy groups. Note (2): Interior to indicated aperture for the given filter, with applied Galactic extinction and k-corrections as listed in Table 3. Note (3): At indicated radius for the given filter, with applied Galactic extinction and k-corrections as listed in Table 3. The listed R-band data for KIG 870 are not calibrated, and therefore the data are in units of relative magnitudes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- History: From electronic version of the journal
