ADC_Keywords: Stars, variable ; Abundances, peculiar ; Spectroscopy Keywords: Cepheids - stars: abundances Abstract: We present the results of a detailed multiphase spectroscopic analysis of 10 classical Cepheids with pulsation periods between 6 and 10 days. For each star, we have derived phased values of effective temperature, surface gravity, microturbulent velocity, and elemental abundances. We show that the elemental abundance results for intermediate-period Cepheids are consistent for all pulsational phases. Description: Multiphase observations of the program Cepheids were carried out at McDonald Observatory using the Struve 2.1m reflector and the Sandiford echelle spectrograph.
