ADC_Keywords: Pulsars Abstract: Measurements of the broadening of pulsar pulses by scattering in the interstellar medium are presented for a complete sample of 100 pulsars with Galactic longitudes from 6° to 311° and distances to three kiloparsec. The dependences of the scattering on the dispersion measure (tausc(DM)∝DMalpha), frequency (tausc(nu)∝nu-gamma), Galactic longitude, and distance to the pulsar are analyzed. Description: The measurements were carried out from 2003 to 2005 at 111, 60, and 40MHz on the Large Phased Array and DKR radio telescopes of the PushchinoRadio Astronomy Observatory (Astr o Space Center, Lebedev Physical Institute).
