We used the complete 12um sample of Seyfert galaxies, for which 100/116 objects have reliable 2-10keV observations. The [NeV] and [OIV] mid-IR lines linearly correlate with several AGN bolometric indicators (intrinsic 2-10keV and observed 14-195keV X-ray emission, compact nuclear 12um emission, [OIII]λ5007Å line emission) in terms of both flux and luminosity. No evidence of systematic differences in these correlations is found among the Seyfert populations, including types 1 and 2 and Compton-thick and Compton-thin AGN. Nevertheless, we find that a sequence of high-to-low Eddington ratios together with strong- to-weak line excitation (traced by the [OIV]/[NeII] line ratio) encompasses from type 1 through type 2 AGN to low-ionization nuclear emission-line region galaxies, showing intrinsic differences in these three AGN populations. A positive correlation between the black hole accretion rate (BHAR) and the star formation rate (SFR) is found, but no correlation between the specific SFR and the ratio BHAR/MBH, simply reflecting the fact that the more massive a galaxy is, the more it is forming stars and feeding its central black hole. The JWST, just beginning operations, will allow large samples of AGN to be observed in these lines in the nearby universe (z<0.9). Description: Our study is based on the 12um Seyfert galaxy sample (53 Seyfert 1s and 63 Seyfert 2s) extracted from the Infrared Astronomical Satellite (IRAS) 12um galaxy sample (Rush+ 1993ApJS...89....1R 1993ApJS...89....1R, VII/157). The multifrequency observations that we use in our analysis include the hard X-ray observations in the 2-10 and 14-195keV bands from Ricci+ 2017, J/ApJS/233/17 and Oh+ 2018, J/ApJS/235/4 which include the broadband X-ray (0.3-150keV) characteristics of the BAT-detected AGN, obtained by combining XMM-Newton, Swift/XRT, ASCA, Chandra, and Suzaku observations in the soft X-ray band, in addition to the Swift-BAT AGN 70 month catalog (Baumgartner+, 2013, J/ApJS/207/19). We also use the optical spectroscopy from Malkan+ (2017ApJ...846..102M 2017ApJ...846..102M) and the 12um nuclear fluxes from Asmus+ 2014, J/MNRAS/439/1648, as well as the Spitzer spectroscopic data Tommasin+ (2008ApJ...676..836T 2008ApJ...676..836T); Wu+ (2009ApJ...701..658W 2009ApJ...701..658W); Gallimore+ (2010ApJS..187..172G 2010ApJS..187..172G); Tommasin+ 2010, J/ApJ/709/1257 and the Herschel PACS spectra Fernandez-Ontiveros+ 2016, J/ApJS/226/19.
