The origins of this abundance discrepancy are highly debated. We present new spectroscopic observations of O II and C II recombination lines for six planetary nebulae. Description: The spectra were all obtained with the 2.3m Bok reflector plus B&C spectrograph of Steward Observatory on the nights of 1999 June 7-8.
