We have identified 60 new candidate members with masses in the range 1.007<M<0.269M. For each we have estimated a membership probability by extracting control clusters from the proper motion vector diagram. All 60 are found to have greater than 60 per cent probability of being members, more than doubling the number of known cluster members. The new luminosity function for the cluster peaks at bright magnitudes, but is rising at K≫12, indicating that it is likely that lower mass members may exist. The mass function also supports this hypothesis. Description: Our survey of the Coma Berenices open cluster has recovered 45 previously known members in total, 38 listed by Bounatiro & Arimoto (1992A&A...260..112B 1992A&A...260..112B) and seven unearthed by Odenkirchen et al. (1998NewA....3..583O 1998NewA....3..583O). Furthermore, it has identified 60 new candidate cluster members with magnitudes down to Ks=12. (1998NewA....3..583O 1998NewA....3..583O) for the area that we surveyed. The masses were calculated by linearly interpolating the models of Girardi et al. (2002A&A...391..195G 2002A&A...391..195G) for M≥1M_☉ or Baraffe et al. (1998, Cat. J/A+A/337/403) for M<1M_☉. For table2, coordinates, proper motion measurements, R, I, J, H and Ks magnitudes, mass calculated from linearly interpolating the NEXTGEN model and the absolute Ks magnitude, and the probability of membership for each of our 60 possible members. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- See also: I/284 : The USNO-B1.0 Catalog (Monet+ 2003) II/246 : 2MASS All-Sky Catalog of Point Sources (Cutri+ 2003) J/A+AS/136/307 : Coma Berenices astrometric catalogue (Abad+ 1999) J/A+AS/146/251 : Open clusters absolute proper motions.
