JHK near-infrared (Two Micron All Sky Survey, Cat. II/246) photometry and the proper motions astrometry of Naval Observatory Merged Astrometric Dataset (NOMAD, Cat. I/297) are used. The clusters' centres, angular diameters, ages, distances and colour excesses for these clusters are estimated for the first time. Description: The Naval Observatory Merged Astrometric Dataset (NOMAD) contains astrometric and photometric data for over 1 billion stars derived from the Hipparcos, Tycho-2, UCAC2 and USNO-B1.0 catalogues for astrometry and optical photometry, supplemented by Two Micron All Sky Survey (2MASS) near-infrared photometry. For each unique star the 'best' astrometric and photometric data are chosen from the source catalogues and merged into a single dataset (cf. Zacharias et al., 2004, Cat. I/297). Using this data base; compared with the 2MASS of Cutri et al. (2003, Cat. II/246); we could determine the fundamental parameters of 24 (of 96) open clusters of Berkeley, which were never studied so far.
