The entire survey at full depth covers ∼55deg2 in five bands (100-500um), encompassing the areas around the central dominant elliptical galaxies (M87, M86 and M49) and extends as far as the NW cloud, the W cloud and the Southern extension. The survey extends beyond this region with lower sensitivity so that the total area covered is 84 deg2. In this paper we describe the data, the data acquisition techniques and present the detection rates of the optically selected Virgo Cluster Catalogue (VCC). We detect 254 (34%) of 750 VCC galaxies found within the survey boundary in at least one band and 171 galaxies are detected in all five bands. For the remainder of the galaxies we have measured strict upper limits for their FIR emission. (2010A&A...518L..45G 2010A&A...518L..45G). Note (2): Asterisks denote galaxy measurements that were confused by foreground cirrus or unresolved background sources. Note (3): Uncertainties on detections are the quadrature sum of the aperture noise and the calibration uncertainty (as described in Section 2.2). Where galaxies are listed undetected, upper limits are given and defined as the 3-sigma upper limit, measured from the PSF-convolved map. Note (4): Galaxies that fell outside of the PACS footprint are unmeasured at 160 and 100um. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Byte-by-byte Description of file: tablec1.dat -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bytes Format Units Label Explanations -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1- 3 A3 --- --- [VCC] 5- 8 I4 --- VCC [1/1843] VCC number 10- 11 I2 h RAh Right ascension (J2000) 13- 14 I2 min RAm Right ascension (J2000) 16- 20 F5.2 s RAs Right ascension (J2000) 22 A1 --- DE- Declination sign (J2000) 23- 24 I2 deg DEd Declination (J2000) 26- 27 I2 arcmin DEm Declination (J2000) 29- 32 F4.1 arcsec DEs Declination (J2000) 34- 44 A11 --- MType Morphological type 47- 48 I2 Mpc Dist Distance 50- 53 F4.1 K Td Dust temperature 55- 57 F3.1 K e_Td rms uncertainty on Td 59- 61 F3.1 [Msun] logMd Dust mass 63- 65 F3.1 [Msun] e_logMd rms uncertainty on logMd 67- 72 F6.4 --- chi2 χ2 value (degrees of freedom dof=3) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- History: From electronic version of the journal References: Davies et al., Paper I 2010A&A...518L..48D 2010A&A...518L..48D Cortese et al., Paper II 2010A&A...518L..49C 2010A&A...518L..49C Clemens et al., Paper III 2010A&A...518L..50C 2010A&A...518L..50C Smith et al., Paper IV 2010A&A...518L..51S 2010A&A...518L..51S Grossi et al., Paper V 2010A&A...518L..52G 2010A&A...518L..52G Baes et al., Paper VI 2010A&A...518L..53B 2010A&A...518L..53B de Looze et al., Paper VII 2010A&A...518L..54D 2010A&A...518L..54D Davies et al., Paper VIII 2012MNRAS.419.3505D 2012MNRAS.419.3505D, J/MNRAS/419/3505 Magrini et al., Paper IX 2011A&A...535A..13M 2011A&A...535A..13M Corbelli et al., Paper X 2012A&A...542A..32C 2012A&A...542A..32C Pappalardo et al., Paper XI 2012A&A...545A..75P 2012A&A...545A..75P di Serego Alighieri et al., Paper XIII 2013A&A...552A...8D 2013A&A...552A...8D, J/A+A/552/A8 De Looze et al., Paper XIV 2013MNRAS.436.1057D 2013MNRAS.436.1057D Baes et al., Paper XV 2014A&A...562A.106B 2014A&A...562A.106B, J/A+A/562/A106 Davies et al.
