ADC_Keywords: Binaries, eclipsing ; Photometry, UBVRI Keywords: eclipsing binary stars - fundamental parameters of stars - individual stars (V1141 Cas) - photometric observations Abstract: High-precision photometric measurements of the unexplored eclipsing star V1141 Cas (P=6.909d, V=12.02mag, e=0.37, Sp=B1 V) have shown that the apsidal rotation velocity, dw/dt=0.127 deg/yr is two times slower than the theoretical value under the synchronism condition, dw/dt=0.235deg/yr. The physical parameters of the component stars were obtained: T1=23500±400K, M1=(8.4±0.5)M, R1=(4.24±0.08)R, T2=22000±400K, M2=(7.0±0.5)M, R2=(3.38±0.08)R. The age of the system is determined to be 7.5 mln years for a solar chemical composition. The measured photometric parallax, pi=0.00031"±0.00004", is very close to the Gaia value. The interstellar extinction, Av=2.2mag, is 40 percent higher than the survey's data. Description: U, B, V, Rc, R, Ic and I light curves of V501 Mon.
